Asha has been working with pregnant mothers since 2006 in Bangalore, on prenatal and postnatal health, preparing them for their new role as mother.

 
Over 550 families have benefited from our classes.
 

It has been proven all over the world that Lamaze breathing techniques are beneficial both to the expecting mother and the child growing within.

 

Lamaze Breathing and Relaxation helps you  cope  better with  labour pains. You can keep yourself well in control, in spite of the pains, thus making the birth of the baby, a very happy and joyful experience!!!

 

Babies born to mothers who have exercised regularly are stronger and healthier, and do well at birth. Post-delivery complications are less, in a woman who has exercised during pregnancy.
