I am a 65 year old getting treated for frozen shoulder since 3 months at Asha Foundation. The pain started 6 months ago, when I tried to take out something placed overhead. On the advice of a neurophysician I came to Asha.

The centre is well equipped and patients are well cared for. The therapists started with Shortwave diathermy, then mobilization, followed by exercises and finally with IFT. Over the days, I have seen and felt the difference in my hand movements. I also did a lot of exercises at home, as guided by the therapists. This helped relieve my shoulder pain.

My overall experience with Asha Foundation has been good. Thanks Asha for the care and patience shown!
